Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. General  

Welcome to the Arturarts website (hereinafter: the "Site"). The site is operated by Arthur Maroshenko (hereinafter: the "Studio" or "Site Owner"). Your use of the site, its contents and the services offered therein indicates your agreement to these terms.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the site - including artwork, drawings, logos, texts, sketches, images and graphic design - is the exclusive intellectual property of the studio and is protected under the copyright laws of the State of Israel and international law.

• The works displayed on the site may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, photographed, or used commercially in any way without express written permission from the studio.

• Purchasing an original work or print grants the purchaser ownership of the physical product only, and does not transfer to him the copyright or the right to reproduce the work.

3. Branding and work order services

Contracting for branding and design services will be subject to a price quote and an individual work agreement to be signed with the client. The rights to use the logo and branding products will be transferred to the client only after the full account has been settled.

4. Limitation of Liability

The site is offered as is. The studio will not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from use of the site or reliance on its contents.
